How to use
- Fill the water bottle with water, and spray enough water onto the shoulder pads. Gently rub the pads ensure water absorption.
- Put the shoulder massager on your shoulders and and secure tightly with the velcro.
- Connect the controller and attach it at a convenient location.
- Select the desired mode with the ‘Mode’ button and enjoy a powerful massage.
- Adjust the intensity during the 20 minute session using the “up” or “down” buttons.
- Hold the “off” button for 2 seconds to turn the controller off.
A training sessions is 20 minutes long. It is recommended not to exceed the 20 minutes. We recommend 1 to 3 sessions a day, spreading the different sessions evenly over the day.

Please avoid using the product on the following areas:
Face, neck, around the heart, reproductive organs, or any areas where electronic devices, metals, silicon, plastic, etc., are inserted into the body.
Cautions during use:
Ensure that the shoulder massager is in full contact with the skin before starting the product.
Avoid dropping the controller or applying excessive force, as it may cause damage.
When turning off the product forcibly during use, press the OFF button for 2-3 seconds to power it off.
If you experience any pain, discomfort, rash, itching, burns, or inflammation while using this device, discontinue immediately and consult a doctor.
Product storage:
- Store the product in an appropriate temperature-controlled environment.
- Avoid storing the product in hot and humid places and keep it out of reach of children, pets, or firearms.
Product care:
- Prior to washing the product, detach all cables and separate it from the controller.
- If the product needs cleaning, you can gently rub the affected area with wet wipes or handwash it using lukewarm water.
- Using fabric detergent may cause slight discoloration but will not affect the product’s usability.
- Air-dry the product in the shade and shake off the pad without twisting to remove moisture.
- Do not use bleach, and avoid ironing and dry cleaning
